Giddy and hyper, Joey is known for never being able to swim still. He constantly darts across the ocean, challenging all his friends to race this zippity little seahorse. His fast speed often gives him the hiccups though, causing him to burp bubbles, which is why they are his symbol!
Appearance[]
Joey is an orange seahorse. He has some purple hair on his head, and orange and yellow ears. He has a yellow teardrop-like design on each of his cheeks, and a yellow fish-like design around each of his eyes. The bottom part of his body is purple. He also has purple fins and a yellow tail.
